Texas Pete® Spicy Sesame Orange Glaze


    • 1 C. Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Sauce
    • 1 C. Orange Marmalade
    • 1/4 C. White Sesame Seeds


    YIELD: 2 1/4 cups
    PORTION (Serving Size): Use glaze to coat or cover meat entirely.

    1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepot and bring to a simmer.  Simmer for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.  When cooled, place in an airtight storage container and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use. 
    2. Use this as a glaze for any of your grilled or roasted meat selections.  It also goes great with grilled shrimp skewers and as a glaze for sautéed or oven roasted scallops.
