Texas Pete® Spicy Honey Mustard Glaze

    Ingredients

    • 1 C. Texas Pete® Garlic Hot Sauce
    • 1/2 C. Honey
    • 1/2 C. Dijon Mustard
    • 1/3 C. Brown Sugar

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepot and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer.  Simmer for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.  Once cooled,  place glaze in an airtight storage container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.

    *This is a great glaze for grilled chicken, beef, pork, turkey, lamb and veal.
