    Texas Pete® Spicy Crab Dip

    Ingredients

    • 3 lb. Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
    • 2 C Heavy Mayonnaise
    • 1 C Half and Half
    • 3/4 – 1 C Texas Pete Hot Sauce
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
    • 4 T Roasted Garlic Puree
    • 4 Green Onions, thinly sliced
    • 2 lbs. Special or Claw Crabmeat
    • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
    • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
    • 2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Parsley ( Garnish)

    Directions

    YIELD: 2 1/2 Quarts
    PORTION (Serving Size): Appetizer Portion

    1. Cream together the first 7 ingredients until smooth, adjusting the spiciness with more or less Texas Pete.

    2. Add the sliced Green Onions and Crab, blending until just combined. Adjust the seasoning with Salt & Pepper.

    3. Bake covered at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot throughout.

    4. Uncover, top with cheese and bake for additional 5 – 10 minutes to melt and brown the cheese. Garnish with Parsley.
