Texas Pete® Garlicky Hot Jamaican Jerked Chicken Marinade


    • 4 6 oz. Chicken breast, fresh
    • 1/2 C. Texas Pete® Garlic Hot Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Jamaican Jerk seasoning
    • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
    • Salt and pepper To Taste


    YIELD: 4 chicken breasts
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1 chicken breast

    1. In a small mixing bowl combine the Texas Pete ® Garlic Hot Sauce, cumin, chili powder, cilantro and olive oil. Mix well.  Cover the sirloin steaks with this marinade and marinate for 24 hours. 
    2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
    3. Remove the steak from the marinade and lightly scrape off some of the marinade but not all of it.  Season both sides with salt and pepper and place the steak on the grill and cook evenly on both sides until you reach your desired doneness.  Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.  This marinade can also be used on pork, seafood and chicken.
