Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Onion Mustard

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 C Yellow onion, diced
    • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
    • 1/2 C Whole grain mustard
    • 2 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Green onions, chopped

    Directions

    1. Place onions and olive oil in a large saute pan.   Cook over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until deep golden brown. Let onions cool prior to mixing.

    2. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.  Place in an airtight container and store refrigerated
