    CHA! Peppery Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings


    • 1 bag Chicken Wings
    • 3 Tbsp. CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • Lemon Zest from 1 lemon, minced
    • Lemon juice from 1 lemon, fresh squeezed
    • 1/2 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted


    1. Cook the chicken wings according to the instructions found on the package.  While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the sauce.

    2. Place the CHA! by Texas Pete® into a mixing bowl and add the lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper and the melted butter. Mix together well.  Season with salt and set aside.

    3. When the chicken wings are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and place them into the mixing bowl with sauce and toss together until all the chicken wings are evenly coated.

    4. Arrange the chicken wings on a serving platter and enjoy.
