Texas Pete® Spicy Thai Peanut Butter Glaze


    • 1 C. Texas Pete® Garlic Hot Sauce
    • 1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1/3 C. Soy Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Ground Ginger


    YIELD: 2 cups
    PORTION (Serving Size): Use glaze to coat or cover protein entirely.

    1. Place all ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer.  Stir well to incorporate peanut butter into sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes and then remove from heat. 
    2. Once cooled place glaze in an air tight storage container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.

    *This is a great glaze for grilled chicken, beef, and pork.
