Texas Pete® Spicy Ginger Beer Float


    • 1 Glass, frozen
    • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice cream
    • 5-7 drops Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce
    • 1 Jamaican Ginger Beer, ice cold
    • 1 Tbsp. Caramel Sauce


    1.  Place a tall glass in the freezer to chill before assembling this drink.

    2.  Place two scoops of ice cream into the glass and top the ice cream with the 5-7 drops of Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce.  Slowly pour the ice cold ginger beer over the ice cream and hot sauce to fill the glass.  Using  a spoon give the ice cream a quick stir and then drizzle caramel sauce on top. Serve with a spoon and straw.
