    Texas Pete® Spicy Drunken Chicken Wings


    • 1 bag Chicken Wings
    • 1/2 C Beer, your favorite brand
    • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
    • 3 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
    • 2 Tbsp. Butter, diced
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    1. Cook the chicken wings according to the instructions found on the package.  While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the sauce.

    2. Place a small sauté pan on high heat and add the beer.  Reduce the beer by more than ¾ or until it almost reaches a syrup consistency. Add the brown sugar to dissolve and remove from heat.  Add the Texas Pete® Orignal Hot Sauce and the diced butter. Mix until smooth.  Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    3. When the chicken wings are fully cooked, remove from the oven and place them into a mixing bowl.  Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss them together until all the chicken wings are evenly coated on all sides with the sauce.

    4. Arrange the chicken wings on a serving platter and enjoy.
