Texas Pete® Spicy Apple Braised Pulled Pork


    • 16 oz Texas Pete Restaurant Blend Chicken Wing Sauce
    • 16 oz Apple Butter
    • 1/4 C Fresh Chopped Thyme
    • 5 lbs Pork Shoulder Roast, cut into 4 pieces


    PORTION (Serving Size):

    1. Combine Texas Pete Restaurant Blend Chicken Wing Sauce, Apple Butter  and fresh chopped thyme to make marinade.
    2. Place meat in large, sealable container or bag. Add marinade and coat thoroughly.
    3. Refrigerate 48 hours.
    4. Place pork and marinade in a covered brasier; cook at 325 degrees for 3 hours or until pork is tender and pulls apart easily. Shred pork and toss with some of the cooked braising liquid, if desired.
