    Texas Pete® Over Easy Avocado Toast


    Avocado Toast

    • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
    • 1 Tbsp. ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® Mexican-Style Hot Sauce
    • 2 slices pumpernickel bread

    Over Easy Topping

    • Oil, for frying
    • 2 large eggs
    • CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
    • Black sesame seeds, optional


    Fried eggs pair beautifully with avocado in this version of avocado toast, featuring two varieties of hot sauce—¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® Mexican-Style Hot Sauce and CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce.

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine avocado and ¡Sabor! by Texas Pete® and mash with a fork.

    2. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, fry eggs in oil, turning once until whites are cooked.

    3. Toast bread.

    4. To serve: Top one side of toast with avocado spread, then add egg.

    5. Top with a drizzle of CHA! by Texas Pete® and add black sesame seeds for garnish. Serve immediately.
