Texas Pete® Mexican Lemon Glaze

    Ingredients

    • 1 C. Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Sauce
    • 1/2 C. Lemonade Juice Concentrate
    • 1/2 C. Honey
    • 2 Tbsp. Cumin, ground

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a small sauce pot and bring to a simmer.  Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.   Remove from heat.  Once cooled,  place glaze in an airtight storage container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.

    *This is a great glaze for grilled chicken or steak.
