Texas Pete® JALAPENO MUSTARD

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 C Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
    • 1/2 C Dijon mustard
    • 1 Tbsp. Roasted jalapenos, seeded, skinned, pureed

    Directions

    1. Stem, seed and half jalapenos.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil  and place jalapenos on baking sheet.
    2. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until jalapenos soften and begin to brown in spots.  Puree when cool.
    3. Combine ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
    4. Store refrigerated.
