Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Tailgate Burger

    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs Ground Beef
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Ground Pepper
    • 2 tsp Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce
    • 1 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
    • 2 tsp Grated Onion

    Directions

    YIELD: 4 – 8 oz. burgers
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1 burger

    1. Incorporate all seasoning thoroughly into ground beef in a large mixing bowl.  Let the ground beef sit covered for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before forming the patties.
    2. Grill burgers to desired doneness.
