Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Onion Mayo


    • 1 C Yellow onion, diced
    • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
    • 1/2 C Mayonnaise
    • 1 Tbsp. Texas Pete® Fiery Sweet Sauce
    • 1 Tbsp.


    1. Place onions and olive oil in a large saute pan.   Cook over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until deep golden brown.  There should be about 1/3 cup of caramelized onions.  Let onions cool prior to mixing.

    2. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until well blended.  Place in an airtight container and store refrigerated.
