Texas Pete® Angry Artichoke Guacamole


    • 2 C Avocado Pulp
    • 1 C Artichokes, canned, drained well, minced
    • 1/8 C Texas Pete® Garlic Hot Sauce
    • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    • 1 Lemon, Juice, fresh squeezed
    • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Salt and Pepper to taste


    1.  Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and mix well.    

    2.  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to use.


    1.     Serve with Green Mountain Gringo Corn Chips, pita chips, bagel chips, or any of your favorite chip selections.

    2.     Use as a spread for sandwiches and bagels.

    3.     Use as a dip for garden fresh vegetables.
