    Indian Spiced Chicken Wings


    Wings marinade

    • 2 cups Dannon Greek Yogurt
    • 2 cups heavy cream
    • 2 Tbsp. garam masala
    • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
    • 1 tsp. sweet paprika
    • 1 Tbsp. cayenne
    • ¼ cup CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • ½ cup garlic confit
    • 1 Tbsp. kosher salt

    Wing sauce

    • 2 cups CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp. curry powder

    Mint pesto

    • ¼ cup mint leaves, packed
    • ¼ cup parsley, packed
    • ¼ cup vegetable oil


    Wings marinade

    1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

    Wing sauce

    1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

    Mint pesto

    1. Combine ingredients in a blender and process until pesto consistency.


    1. Separate the wings at the joint.
    2. Marinate wings in the yogurt marinade for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
    3. Shake off excess marinade and grill wings on a medium hot grill for about 6 minutes per side, taking care not to burn the marinade.

    Toss the fully cooked wings in a bowl with the CHA! by Texas Pete® and curry sauce.


    Assembly for 10 Indian Spiced Wings

    10 each wing sections

    3 Tbsp. diced mango

    20 each garlic chips

    2 Tbsp. popped pulses


    Place a saucy wing on a plate, drizzle with mint pesto, and garnish with a couple of garlic chips, diced mango, and few of the popped pulses.
