    • 2 Refrigerated pie crusts
    • 1 Pie pan, 9 inch
    • 1 packet Butter and herb flavored mashed potatoes, see recipe on box
    • 1 – 6 oz. box Boxed stuffing
    • 1 – 8 oz. can French style green beans
    • 2 C Rotisserie turkey breast, precooked, shredded
    • 2 – 12 oz. jars Homestyle turkey gravy
    • 1/4-1/2 C CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 Egg, lightly beaten

    Directions

    YIELD: 1- 9 inch pie
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1/6 pie

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Lightly grease two 9-inch pie pans.
    3. Place one pie crust into the bottom of each greased pie pan and press gently to mold the pie crusts to each pan.
    4. Follow the instructions on the box of Butter & Herb flavored Mashed Potatoes and keep them warm.
    5. Follow the instructions on the box of boxed stuffing and keep them warm.
    6. Open the can of Del Monte French Style Green Beans and drain them well.
    7. Open both jars of Home Style Roasted Turkey Gravy and pour them into a mixing bowl.  Combine the ¼ -½ cup of CHA! by Texas Pete® with the roasted turkey gravy and mix well.
    8. Portion the stuffing evenly between both pie shells and gently pat down the stuffing to form a tight foundation on the bottom of the crust.
    9. Evenly distribute the shredded turkey on top of the stuffing in both pie shells.
    10. Take large spoonfuls of the mashed potatoes and divide them evenly between both pie shells. Sprinkle the French cut green beans evenly between both pie shells.  It is not needed to spread out the mashed potatoes.
    11. Pour the spicy CHA! gravy evenly on top of everything between both pies.
    12. Place the second pie crust on top of each of the pies and crimp the edges together tightly.
    13. Brush beaten egg lightly over top layer of pie crust.
    14. Use a sharp knife and score the tops of the dough with 6 to 8 one inch long slices.
    15. Bake the pies in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the crusts are golden brown and crispy.
    16. Remove the pies from the oven and allow them to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
