CHA! by Texas Pete® Spicy Salmon and Cream Cheese Crackers


    • 1 – 7.5 oz. can Red salmon
    • 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
    • 1-2 tbsp. CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 20 Rosemary thin crackers
    • 8 Pickled asparagus spears


    YIELD: 20 crackers with spread
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1 Tbsp spread on each cracker

    1. Open the can of red salmon.  Drain the excess liquid from the can and place the salmon into the mixing bowl with the cream cheese and add the CHA! by Texas Pete®.
    2. Mix the salmon, cream cheese and the CHA! by Texas Pete® together. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.  Keep refrigerated until you are ready to use.
    3. Open the jar of pickled asparagus and pull out 4-6 spears.
    4. Slice the pickled asparagus spears into small bite-sized pieces to use as a garnish.
    5. Place approximately 1 large tablespoon of the salmon dip onto each cracker and garnish with a couple slices of pickled asparagus.
