YIELD: 8-10 cups PORTION (Serving Size): 1 cup
Place a medium-sized pot on the stovetop and turn the heat on high.
Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When heated, add the diced red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the water and bring to a simmer. Once the water comes to a boil, add the shrimp, couscous, the packet of seasoning in the box of couscous, and the 3 tablespoons of CHA! by Texas Pete®. Mix well, bring to a simmer and immediately turn off the heat and place a tight fitting lid onto the pot. Let the couscous steam for 10-15 minutes in the pot.
