CHA! Sizzling Shrimp Couscous

    Ingredients

    • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
    • 1 Red bell pepper, diced large
    • 1 1/4 C Water
    • 20 Shrimp, 16-20 size, shelled and cleaned
    • 1 – 5.8 oz. box Couscous-Roasted garlic and olive oil
    • 1-2 Tbsp CHA! by Texas Pete®

    Directions

    YIELD: 8-10 cups
    PORTION (Serving Size): 1 cup

    1. Place a medium-sized pot on the stovetop and turn the heat on high.
    2. Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil.  When heated, add the diced red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the water and bring to a simmer.  Once the water comes to a boil, add the shrimp, couscous, the packet of seasoning in the box of couscous, and the 3 tablespoons of CHA! by Texas Pete®.  Mix well, bring to a simmer and immediately turn off the heat and place a tight fitting lid onto the pot.  Let the couscous steam for 10-15 minutes in the pot. 
    4. After 15 minutes, fluff and serve!
