Sizzling CHA! Ramen with Shrimp


    • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
    • 24 Shrimp, large, peeled, deveined
    • 1 Red bell pepper, cored, seeded, julieene
    • 2 packages Ramen noodles
    • 3 Tbsp CHA! by Texas Pete®
    • 2 C Water


    YIELD: Serves 2
    PORTION (Serving Size):

    1. Place a medium-sized saucepot on the stove and turn to high heat.
    2. Once heated, add the olive oil followed by the shrimp and red bell peppers. 
    3. Cook for 2 minutes or until the shrimp are half way cooked and add the Ramen seasoning to the pan. 
    4. Cook for 1 more minute and add the 2 cups of water along with the Ramen noodles and put a tight fitting lid on the pan.
    5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles and tender and the shrimp are fully cooked.  Turn off the heat and add the CHA! By Texas Pete®.
    6. Serve the shrimp and noodles in a large bowl with all of the spicy CHA! broth.
