    Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn

    • 7 cups popped corn
    • ½ cup Azar Pepitas
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    • ¼ cup water
    • ¼ tsp. baking soda
    • 2 ¼ tsp. unsalted butter
    • 1 ½ tsp. Texas Pete® Extra Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
    • 2 ¼ tsp. Texas Pete® Dust – Dry Spice Seasoning


    Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn

    1. Combine sugar, light corn syrup, and water in a large pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
    2. Let cook until amber color.
    3. Add the butter and baking soda and stir.
    4. Add the Texas Pete® Extra Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and theTexas Pete® Dust – Dry Spice Seasoning to the caramel and stir to combine.
    5. Drizzle the caramel over the popcorn and Azar Pepitas in a large bowl while stirring, until well-coated.
    6. Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a silpat, separate pieces without breaking, and let cool.

    Serve Buffalo Wing Caramel Popcorn in a small glass or verrine.
