Texas Pete® Atomic Ranch
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 tbsp Roasted jalapenos, seeded, skinned, pureed
Procedure:
1. To roast jalapenos: stem, seed and half jalapenos. Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until jalapenos soften and begin to brown in spots.
2. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Store refrigerated.
